In addition to his training and education as a Micro Certified mold inspector, Brad also has an understanding of the construction trade, real estate sales and inspections.  He is well respected for his honesty, professionalism, and commitment to protecting the health and well being of the occupants.  

Brad was personally trained by Jim Hartley through consulting oversight and mold testing experience for real estate agents, tenants, landlords, property management, and home owners. Jim retired after 40 years in this trade, but continues to assist Brad by consulting on difficult cases, and at times accompanies him on the job site to provide an extra wealth of information.

Brad brings experience in providing customer service for business owners and management in Portland and Central Oregon.  During his 30 years in Route Sales he held some of the highest scores in satisfaction internationally, attracting attention from one of the seven business owners of American Linen, who offered him a position in Australia. As a long time resident in Oregon, Brad has maintained good relationships within the business community. When he's not on a job site, you can find him on projects helping others, reading, fishing, and enjoying the great outdoors with his family and friends.

A respected and certified mold expert since 1979, Jim Hartley possesses a wealth of experience that spans from inspection to complete mold remediation for residential and commercial buildings.  He has provided services in the Portland area, Central Oregon as well as on the Oregon Coast. In addition to an extensive knowledge as a general contractor and Mold contractor, Jim has experience in representing owners and renters, and he prepares reports for real estate sales.   

Jim is well respected among his peers for his deep expertise, unwavering professionalism, commitment to serving and protecting the health and well being of the occupants, and his dedication to staying informed on current mold findings.  As a long time resident in Portland and Central Oregon, Jim has formed a long list of business relationships within the community who still call on him for services today. As a semi-retired business owner, he sold the physically demanding part of Accurate Mold Remediation to his personally trained and trusted subcontractors (now Accurate Mold Restoration), keeping the testing and inspection portion. In 2023 Jim retired after 40 years in this trade, but continues to assist Brad by consulting on difficult cases. Today, you will find Jim reading, fishing, and enjoying the coast with his wife Pat, and their little dog Carlie.
